Certified Denver Home Inspector serving Denver, Colorado and the Colorado Front Range

About Us

Past Education & Experience - Several years of experience in engineering, building design, construction & inspections. All inspections performed by EI(Engineer-Intern) and CEM(Certified Energy Manager) with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

High Tech Equipment - I utilize state of the art equipment to test the various systems of your house including an electrical tester (to ensure your electrical wiring is safe), a moisture meter (to determine if any moisture stains still have any moisture present), a carbon monoxide detector (to ensure dangerous levels of carbon monoxide are not present), and a continuous radon monitor (to get your radon test results right after the testing period).

Narrative Report - My report is a very detailed, easy-to-read narrative report with color-coded text and revealing digital photos. Many other inspectors offer a check list report given to you at the conclusion of the home inspection that is up to you to decipher and interpret. These check list reports make the inspectors life easier while making yours harder. At Blue Sky, we make this stressful time easier for you with our thorough inspections and detailed, narrative reports.

Summary Report - As an added benefit, a summary report is included with every inspection that points out any defects, problems, or safety issues that you will definitely want to know about.

Customer Service - Colorado home buyers and sellers will always receive the utmost in personal service at Blue Sky Home Inspection Engineers - something that you'll rarely receive in multi-inspector firms. In addition, I welcome all your questions you might have as long as you own the home.
